PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
Vermillion specializes in manufacturing custom wire harness assemblies, molded cable assemblies, bulk cable some of which contain Vermillion’s proprietary shielding component Vermalloy® in support of department of defense applications and some commercial applications. Their end customers utilize their products in a vast variety of applications such as submarines, aviation, tanks, missiles, weapon system and secure voice communication. For 60 years, Vermillion has provided the military and aerospace industry with high quality harness assemblies. Vermillion is fully integrated and certified to ISO 9001:2015 + AS9100D.

In the last 18 months, Vermillion has undergone a major Lean Six Sigma (LSS) transformation and is now driving toward advanced levels of LSS. This includes continued training of all
team members, 6S, kanban and part presentation, improved work instructions, value stream mapping, shop floor optimization, Lean KPIs, and strategy deployment, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to see, firsthand, what is possible with great, sustained commitment to leveraging LSS to drive record breaking business results!

• Tour will take approximately 75 minutes. Please indicate whether you wish to attend the 9:30 or 2:00 tour. There will be a limit of 50 people per time slot.
