PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

Wichita Manufacturers Association is proud to present our first event of the year on Thursday, January 19.

We will have the opportunity to hear how Great Plains Industries implemented and sustained Lean Mfg to transform their business, and even win market share. Presentation will provide specific insights including kicking off a Lean initiative, implementing manufacturing flow, creating pull from customer to vendors, and engaging and rewarding employees.  All presenters are operations managers with significant experience with Lean Mfg.
